AlloSeq HCT Innovation in chimerism monitoring

The latest innovation in chimerism testing offers optimized workflow with best-in-class sensitivity
. Changes in chimerism after hematopoietic cell transplantation can be
an early indication of relapse. Key Features:
- An NGS-based chimerism testing solution capable of determining the relative contribution
of up to 3 genomes in a single sample, meaning up to two donors for each recipient
- A kit-based test delivering high-quality data with a recommended input of 10 ng gDNA and
up to 96 samples per batch
- One-step multiplex test using 202 SNPs across all autosomal chromosomes to differentiate between
recipient and donor(s) gDNA.
- A highly sensitive test

Donor-derived cell-free DNA test for organ transplant monitoring.

Determination of the level of Circulating Cell-Free DNA derived from the donor in transplant recipients. The relative quantification of the level of Circulating Cell-Free DNA derived from the donor can help improve transplant surveillance. Circulating Cell-Free DNA is fragmented DNA in the bloodstream that comes from cells undergoing injury and dying. When transplant injury occurs, the Circulating Cell-Free DNA derived from the donor (dd-cfDNA) increases in the blood. AlloSeq cfDNA measures the Circulating Cell-Free DNA derived from the donor (dd-cfDNA) using low DNA input, next-generation sequencing (NGS) technology and optimized analysis to improve transplant surveillance.
